Artemis, Makry Gialos (Crete)

The on-site restaurant at Artemis is truly amazing. The food is not only authentic but also exceptionally well-priced. I had the pleasure of trying various dishes, and each one was a delight. I particularly enjoyed the meat dishes, and the generous portions made every meal feel special. The prices were so reasonable that it felt almost unnecessary to cook for ourselves.

I stayed in a newly refurbished room at the top of the hotel, and the view was absolutely amazing. I could see the entire bay and the beautiful Libyan sea from my balcony. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

The bathroom in my room was impressively clean and well-maintained. The new fittings made it feel modern, and I appreciated the attention to detail. It was designed practically, making it easy to use despite its compact size. I spent minimal time there, but it was always a pleasure to freshen up.

The hotel bar was an absolute highlight of my stay. Mike, the bartender, was fantastic, crafting amazing cocktails and providing great local tips. The atmosphere in the bar was always lively, and the affordable drinks made it a great place to unwind after a day at the beach.
